Yes — every tool on FreeToolDev is free to use, with no signup and no usage limits beyond the technical caps documented on each tool's page (file size, batch count, etc.), which exist to keep the browser from freezing, not to push you toward a paid tier. There isn't one.
The tool page you were on, what you did, what you expected, and what happened instead — a screenshot helps a lot. If a file caused the issue, letting us know its rough size and format (without needing to send the file itself) is usually enough to reproduce it.
Yes, and tools that fit the "batch/bulk" theme are especially welcome — that's the whole reason this site exists rather than pointing you at the dozens of single-file tools already out there.
